The mission of the Joseph Smith Community Health Center (JSCHC) is to improve the health and well-being of the communities of Allston, Brighton, Waltham and surrounding areas by providing quality, comprehensive, coordinated care.

Help with enrolling in insurance is available to  all.

Translation is available in nearly twenty languages, including Haitian-Creole, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, and
Vietnamese.

We use a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records system to provide a seamless system of care between
our facilities and hospital partners.

Community Health Workers provide translation and help with transportation to appointments,
getting childcare, housing problems, and other issues.

JSCHC respects the diversity, dignity, and privacy of their patients and staff.

JSCHC provides convenient service and affordable prescriptions at their patient pharmacy in Allston.
