*COVID-19 VACCINE AND TESTING LOCATIONS*
Children ages 5-11 are now eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine.
You do not need an ID or health insurance. Your child’s health care provider may not be listed here but may be offering COVID-19 vaccinations.
Two sites to check for vaccine and booster access – walk-ins and appointments:
